Charleston, SC, November 7, 2019 – EnviroMix is proud to announce that the installation of its BioMix™ Compressed Gas Mixing System has been completed at Manatee County’s North WRF in Palmetto, Florida.
The BioMix system is part of a facility upgrade that will improve water quality by providing means for a higher level of treatment. Installed in collaboration with Kimley-Horn, BioMix is now maintaining homogeneously mixed conditions in three 1-million-gallon flow equalization tanks at the facility.
Thanks to EnviroMix’s energy efficient and low maintenance BioMix Compressed Gas Mixing System, Manatee County is now saving more than $150,000 in annual O&M costs versus conventional diffused air mixing technology.
